Seeking a President/General Manager

Salary: Depends on experience

Location: Houston – 75% travel

  • Present reports and recommendations on the operations and finances of the Company. Provide information, options, and commentary pertinent to the deliberations of the Company on these issues.
  • Plan and direct activities related to Company meetings, including Top Management meetings, Technical Committee meetings, Regional meetings, and any other required meetings formulated from agenda matters.
  • Serve as the chief public relations officer of the Company. Maintain contacts with the Management Team, other corporations, business associates, outside vendors, and government agencies.
  • Direct the growth of the Company, including overseeing business development activities of the Company. Identify, analyze, and recommend strategic alliances and/or acquisitions to provide better services to the Client base.
  • Provides the organization with the vision and leadership to carry out its mission.
  • Maintains staff and profit focus on its mission and vision and balances organizational priorities through an inclusive strategic planning and management system and HQ coordination.
  • Seeks out opportunities to improve organizational operations and shift organizational philosophy to integrate departments and programs to function as a strong, cohesive operation.
  • Develops policies and strategies for financial management including all revenues, expenses, and investments. Ensures rigorous accountability and long term stability through the conservative fiscal management of resources and endowments.
  • Provide guidance to senior management and ensure performance objectives are met.
  • Responsible for handling all necessary transactions of all local facilities with local authorizes, including but not limited to such as permit application, facility insurance, facility HSE etc.   
  • Responsible for finding PE or investment company and prepare the company to go public in future according to company’ s development strategy and business plan.
  • Assisting company to recruit market personnel, facility personnel, and operators.
  • Responsible for integrated management
  • Responsible for maintain customer relationship, managing cost saving plan, ensuring company’ s profitable position.
  • Responsible for A/R aging management, and ensuring company in good cash flow position.
  • Travels at least 200 days per year, 100 days per semi-year; visits each of 3 facilities at least twice each month; overnight travel and staying in the field will be included. 

  • College degree required, Master' s degree preferred
  • At least 8+ years of Rich Oilfield experience especially with SWD (Sale water disposal) business and business development experience 
  • Strong management skills must have direct management responsibility experience for working with foreigners, at least 3 years of successful managerial experience managing different function leads at general manager or president level
  • Must have hands-on experience in federal and state business compliance.
  • Proven leadership and team building skills. Ability to build consensus, rally support around common goals and to motivate groups and individuals. Proven negotiation and mediation skills. Ability to overcome obstacles to cooperation and to foster harmonious relations.
  • Mandarin speaking is highly preferred
  • Travels at least 200 days per year, 100 days per semi-year; visits each of 3 facilities at least twice each month; overnight travel and staying in the field will be included.
