Specialty and benefits brokerage  firm has an immediate opening for an Account Manager.  Appropriately licensed and/or certified - professional designation such as CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM are preferred.

Salary: $50, 000-70, 000 + benefits
Location: Houston, Southwest

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and collaborate with clients in providing  support, training and consultations regarding service.
  • Handle account management  and implement plan with client.
  • Other responsibilities include admin duties, processing and maintaining support notifications.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’ s degree is preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in client coordination and / or human resources, employee benefits, payroll, employee communication, benefit administration, insurance carrier ancillary client management.
  • Appropriately licensed and/or certified - professional designation such as CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM are preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking and good judgment to quickly determine and prioritize key issues
