Communications Coordinator
A growing firm focused on the tax and accounting needs of small and mid-sized businesses and individuals requiring international and multi-state expertise is looking for a Communications Coordinator.

Compensation:  DOE

  • Manage website content by writing and editing articles, updating content, and adding new posts
  • Write and coordinate print ads in various publications
  • Manage Google Alerts and other internet marketing campaigns and accounts including Twitter, Facebook, and Linked-in
  • Handle SEO/website optimization
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and various other reporting as necessary
  • Make recommendations and implement other marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Provide client service support by receiving and responding to client letters, maintaining contact lists, promptly responding to email, assisting over the phone, hosting events, providing reception support, visiting clients, assembling tax returns, and providing problem resolution
  • Coordinate incoming emails, disburse to staff, and follow client service progress distributing incoming client e-mail and document, coordinating additional document requests, scanning and uploading documents and tracking specific deadlines
  • Maintain professional resources library and index education materials
  • Manage the office maintaining network and office organization, coordinating calendars, accepting and sending couriers and mail, checking the P.O. Box, and ordering office supplies and equipment

  • Possess professional interpersonal skills with a dedication to outstanding service, thoroughness, sense of discretion, flexibility and a strong desire to learn
  • College degree preferred
  • Internet marketing and website maintenance
  • Client service experience
  • Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Research skills and documentation thereof
  • Excellent communicator; superior written and spoken English with outstanding writing skills
  • Part-time (20 to 30 hours) or Full-time, hourly with some overtime
  • International and multicultural interests
