Stable and thriving financial planning firm is seeking an Marketing Administrative Coordinator  to join their team.   This position will have a blend of administrative support for business development, office administration, and  receptionist duties.   Very professional environment and great work atmosphere, ready to hire immediately!   This company is known for treating their employees well and being flexible.

Salary: $40, 000-45, 000 (depending upon experience) + Benefits
Location: Houston, Galleria

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative staff support
  • Manage and maintain  database
  • Manage social media by using essential tools for marketing to target audience
  • Coordinate business development meetings
  • Coordinate events and prep for client meetings
  • Answer phones
  • Greet clients in the lobby
  • Process incoming mail
  • Coordinate and mail client holiday and birthday cards
  • Confirm meetings
  • Office supply orders: general office, printer and kitchen
  • Prepare reports and documentation for upcoming client meetings, including meeting agendas and binder presentations
  • Update client documents and spreadsheets
  • Manage contact database by creating, updating, and deleting entries
  • Store important documentation by scanning files and archiving electronically
  • Various projects as assigned

Requirements:
  • Seeking candidates with prior administrative  and marketing  experience working for a small professional firm
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office & CRM software applications
  • Prior experience with social media highly preferred
  • Must be highly professional with polished presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Successful attributes of confidentiality, organization, and extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize daily activities/task;  follow through and  completion of on-going projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to relate in a professional & courteous manner
